Under 7 Juniors found it tough going against a very good side this morning, but were smiling throughout and kept going right til the final whistle and post-match penalty shoot out.
Really tough game and defeat for Under 10 Juniors today, on a heavy pitch against a strong team. Time to regroup, work hard and come back stronger after the half-term break.
In the “Admaston derby” Under 11 Rangers took the win over Under 11 United. Great performances on both sides, with United showing their “never give up” attitude after playing with one less player for the whole game.
Under 12 Greens had another win in the cup today. Another away win against a strong opponent.
Under 13 Juniors had a great, hard fought battle against a team unbeaten since they last faced each other before the first lock down last March. A loss by the odd goal, but it could have gone either way.
The teams now have a free matchday on 24th October (the start of the half-term school holiday) so will return to action on Sunday 31st.
A big thank you to all players and coaches on another matchday representing Admaston Juniors!
